First time we saw all three, probably just the owlettes. Momma or Poppa were not to be found on that day. Some of the shakiness is due to me getting bit by mosquito like crazy.

Woke up this morning to the cats all in full alert mode and looking up. I thought it was the return of Ceiling Cat again. (Yes he does exist, I've seen him on our roof looking in)

But as you can see, it turns out to be a baby owl working it's way from his/her nest up the tree down to the ground. May take a while. We called wildlife rescue and they said it's right where it needs to be.

Will keep an eye out for ceiling cat, however. Wanna give this little guy a chance.

Three baby owls sitting in a tree over my house. Actually shot this while standing on the roof, from about 20' away. 10' above the three is a momma/daddy owl that is about the same size. I think they're screech owls as I hear those often in the neighborhood, but can't positively identify.

There's a male house wren over my head making a lot of noise. He's aiming to keep his nest safe, I'm sure. Not sure if wren is pissed at me or the owls, but I'm pretty sure it's the owls.
